Security

Security and data handling at Klevidence.

Klevidence works from business information you supply, so how that information is stored, separated, and processed matters as much as what the Agents produce. This page describes the practices we can point to today, and is deliberately limited to those.

What we can state today

Each statement below reflects how the platform currently works. Where a practice is partial, it is written as the narrower thing rather than the broader one.

Your material stays yours

The business information you supply and the output produced from it remain yours under our terms. We do not sell it, we do not share it with other customers, and the permission you give us is limited to operating the service on your behalf.

Accounts are separate

Business context, connected websites, and the knowledge prepared from them are stored against the account that owns them. Requests to the platform are authenticated, and retrieval runs against the connected site the material belongs to.

Traffic is served over TLS

The website, the application, and the API are served over HTTPS.

You can remove connected material

You can delete individual pages or an entire connected website. The prepared text and embeddings derived from those pages are removed with them, and closing an account removes the business context and connected sites held under it.

Sources shown where available

Web Chat answers are grounded in the website content you connect. Where a supporting source is available for an answer, it is shown alongside it. Not every answer will carry one.

Generation uses external model providers

Producing a draft or an answer sends the relevant task content to third-party AI model providers so the result can be generated. Klevidence does not publish it and does not make it available to other customers.

Review is yours to do

Generated work is a draft. Klevidence does not enforce an approval step before work is used, so using generated output is your decision and responsibility. Review AI-generated work before you use it in your business.

What Klevidence does not have yet

Naming these is more useful than leaving them to be assumed. If your purchase depends on any of them, tell us before you start rather than after.

Team accounts and roles

Accounts are single-user today. Shared workspaces, team members, and per-role permissions over business context are not available yet.

Security certifications

We do not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any equivalent certification, and we do not claim compliance with a framework we have not been audited against.

Enterprise security controls

Single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, audit logs, data residency options, and customer-managed encryption keys are not available.

Questions about how we handle data?

Ask before you send us anything, not after. If something you need is not on this page, it is safer to assume we have not built it yet.
