Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms cover your use of Klevidence. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming you are able to do so.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your access credentials secure. Accounts are individual today, so anyone holding your credentials has your access.

Acceptable use

Klevidence is for producing business content. It is not to be used for the following.

• —Unlawful activity, or content that infringes someone else's rights
• —Material you do not have the right to supply to us
• —Attempts to breach the platform's security or another customer's separation
• —Automated use designed to degrade the service for others

Your content

The business information you supply and the output produced from it remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to operate the service on your behalf — to store your material, process it when you run a task, including through the AI providers described in our privacy policy, and show it back to you.

AI-assisted output

Agents produce drafts. They work from the information relevant to the task, but they are not infallible, and output should be reviewed before it is used. You remain responsible for what you publish.

Klevidence does not block you from using a draft, so reviewing it before you rely on it is your responsibility.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available. During the pre-launch period there is no automated incident feed, so ask us through the contact channels on our site and we will tell you what we know.

We may change the service over time; where a change materially reduces what you rely on, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Klevidence and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why when we do.
